Austrians major foreign investors in BH
 With the aim of enhancing corporate governance in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Sarajevo Stock exchange and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank group, in cooperation with LOK Institute for organisation and economy Sarajevo, have launched a research "Analysis of corporate governance in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina".
The research will define the current situation, reflect the state of corporate governance practices of our companies, highlight possible deficiencies in the same area and create the basis for the improvement of areas that are essential for all companies. The research will be implemented at stock companies with headquarters in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and an active response from all the companies that will be included in research is expected.
